Black Rental cars are insured by one of the leaders of the insurance market in Ukraine—the insurance company PJSC "USK "KNYAZHA VIENNA INSURANCE GROUP” under the following insurance programs: Mandatory civil liability insurance of owners of land vehicles (OSCPV), which provides reimbursement of costs, caused for damage to life and health of third parties within the limit of UAH 260,000 and for damage to the property of third parties within the limit of UAH 130,000. Voluntary civil liability insurance for owners of land vehicles, which additionally provides coverage + UAH 100,000 for damage caused to the property of third parties. Voluntary insurance of a land vehicle (Complete CASCO), which provides coverage for car repair costs in the event of an accident, natural disaster, illegal actions of third parties, fire, explosion, other accidental events, illegal possession. Please note that insurance contracts do not cover the personal liability of the car renter in the event of an accident, damage, or theft. The optional Full Coverage option will help reduce these fines to zero.

To get a car, you need to have with you:

  1. Driver's license
  2. A passport that confirms your identity

The Black Rental company does not have any mileage restrictions or additional tariffs when renting a car from one day.

No, you can return the car dirty. As an exception, if the car is heavily soiled, we have the right to withhold the amount of the deposit until the car is completely washed for the possibility of inspection for new defects.

Yes, all our rental cars are delivered with a full tank. When returning, you have three options:
1. Returning the car with a full tank.

  • If you return the rental car with a full tank, you will not be charged a fee, even if you have chosen the fuel prepayment option.

2. Prepayment for fuel.

  • You can pay for a full tank of fuel in advance, when picking up or booking a car on the website, to save time spent on refueling at the end of the trip.

3. If you do not return the car with a full tank, or if you have not selected the fuel prepayment option in advance, we can refuel the car ourselves, counting each liter of fuel at €2.00

We offer 24/7 Roadside Assistance in the event of a mechanical breakdown or traffic accident. Just contact us. Pay attention. In the event of an accident or damage to a rental car, it is forbidden to leave the scene of the accident without calling us and notifying us about the event.

We understand that you may be delayed, so we try to be flexible. If you are running late or want to extend your car rental, please contact us as soon as possible. After all, if you return the car later and do not notify us in advance, you may be charged an additional fee for late return. How is the surcharge for untimely return of the car calculated? If you return the car later than the agreed date and time, then you pay an additional fee for this. If you still have the car after 24 hours, an additional surcharge will be charged according to your daily rate. This amount will be charged every 24 hours until the vehicle is returned to us. If you return the car later than 2 hours after the agreed time or at late non-working hours, an additional fee of €20.00 will be charged.
